Photon 4D

Currently, the most modern medical laser FOTONA 4D has a wide range of operation (not limited to aesthetic problems). In parallel with endolifting, we use the device to perform treatments that eliminate acne, acne scars, erythema, dilated capillaries on the face and body, and remove stretch marks. The most technologically versatile FOTONA 4D laser system is effective in permanent hair reduction (laser hair removal). As part of anti-aging treatments, we also use it to perform skin resurfacing as well as ablative and non-ablative rejuvenation.

The Fotona 4D laser is an innovative laser method consisting of the highest class technology. It is a comprehensive treatment that consists of as many as 4 parts (Endolifting, Frac3D, Piano and Superficial) that deal with individual areas of the skin at different depths. Precise therapy carried out successively with four different phases of the laser guarantees that every millimeter of the skin (at different depths) will be treated. It stimulates the natural work of the skin: the reconstruction of collagen and elastin, making it a natural substitute for botox and fillers.

Endolifting:
this is where the whole procedure starts. This is quite an unusual procedure, because it is carried out partially in the oral cavity, which is scanned by a laser. Outside the oral cavity, endolifting also includes the upper and lower parts of the mouth and the lateral zygomatic muscles, which are gently heated with the Er:Yag laser. In this way, the production of collagen is increased, and the effects include smoothing the nasolabial folds and wrinkles around the mouth, as well as strengthening the elasticity of the cheeks.

Frac3D:
In the second stage, we focus on acting from the outside, we work on the firmness of the deepest layers of the skin, which is also stimulated to produce collagen and elastin. The specialist performing the procedure does this using the innovative 3D fractionation technology, which consists in making a grid of microscopic, heated points under the skin. In this way, the natural mechanisms of skin regeneration and collagen production are activated, and the skin becomes tighter.

Piano:
The third procedure uses an ultra-long Nd:Yag laser pulse to tighten large areas of the skin. Thermal lifting is very intense, and the energy reaches the subcutaneous tissue (to a depth of approx. 6mm). In this mode, the treatment causes deep thermolifting, eliminates acne and post-traumatic scars, improves the quality and condition of the skin.

Superficial:
the fourth and last part of the procedure consisting in the so-called Er:Yag cold ablation. Under this technical name there is a delicate laser peeling, which is a complement to all three previous parts of the treatment. Laser peeling narrows pores, removes dead epidermis, tightens and smoothes the skin, evens out the color, gives a fresh, healthy and radiant appearance. Laser peeling gives great results also as a spontaneous treatment.

Indications for 4D Endolifting
Loss of skin elasticity and firmness
Nasolabial folds and wrinkles, wrinkles around the mouth, gravitational folds, fixed mimic wrinkles, crow's feet
Imperfections, enlarged pores
Thin skin

Effects of endolifting

  • Filling of nasolabial folds after just one treatment (the effect is compared to the use of fillers)
  • Even increase in skin tension and elasticity
  • Smoothing gravitational and fixed mimic wrinkles (also crow's feet and furrows on the forehead)
  • Thickening of thin skin
  • Smoothing and improving the texture of the epidermis (shrinking of sebaceous glands, pores, unifying the color)
  • Shallowing of small acne scars

Important before the procedure
The most important thing before the procedure is to read the contraindications . It should also be remembered that endolifting is performed in autumn and winter and in early spring, so as not to expose the skin to intense radiation, which may cause discoloration.

Important after surgery
After the procedure, there is redness of medium or intense intensity, which depends on the type of the patient's skin and the parameters used. During the period of erythema (it can last up to 3 days), we advise against using make-up. However, we recommend using special oiling and moisturizing preparations. After about 3 days, the exfoliation process will begin, which should not be accelerated in any way.

It is inadvisable to perform peelings, massages, we advise against tearing off fragments of exfoliating epidermis on your own. The face should also be protected against UV radiation with creams with the highest factor (SPF 50). Convalescence after the procedure usually lasts 3-7 days.

Recommended number of treatments
Already one endolifting treatment gives satisfactory results. If necessary, after about 5-12 weeks, the procedure can be repeated in whole or in part, depending on the individual needs of the skin.

The feeling of the procedure
During the treatment, the patient's skin is cooled using a special nozzle with cold air, combined with the laser head. Thanks to this, the treatment is comfortable and you do not have to worry about unpleasant sensations.
